INTRODUCTION
We are constantly looking for routes
to save our clients money and to improve the ways in
which we work. Many of our clients benefit from our
pay-as-you-go way of billing i.e. you pay for the
services you actually choose to use, but we also
manage properties on behalf of owners who are looking
to fix their costs and/or reduce the need for the
smaller monthly invoices i.e. a £5 payment for
meter reading or £3 for bulb changing etc.
What is the Gold standard?
The Gold Standard is a
premium package which incorporates many of the yearly
costs associated with running your property, including
contingencies for situations which lead to additional
expenses i.e. water leaks, maintenance etc.
The Gold Standard has 3 clear
benefits to you.

GOLD STANDARD costs £360 per annum and

How to proceed
If you wish to become a gold
standard member please let us know and we will ensure
your status is adjusted on your statement as and when
your renewal is due. If you do not ask us to change
your status we will be more than happy to keep you on
the standard basis as you have been to date.
