All services and prices will be reviewed each year by the 1st December. Although there may be some minor changes through the year. Please keep referring back to the Services and Prices page to be aware of these changes
Meet
Greet & Exit - Also emergency call outs
We will open your apartment by putting on the
electricity, heating, water, fridge etc. and close the
apartment after your guests have left. Our team will
meet your guests on arrival in Bansko, assist with any
queries, hand over the keys to your apartment and
orientate them to Bansko. On departure your keys will
be collected from the apartment. This does include a
brief inspection of the apartment to ensure no visible
damage has taken place. Emergency callouts - When
requested we will visit your apartment at any time to
ensure all is ok or to offer access if the is a
problem such as a water leak.
£ 14 - 8am to 6pm. £25 - 6pm
to midnight. £40 - midnight to 8am
Apartment Preparation where no
Meet & Greet is required.
We will open your apartment by putting on the
electricity, heating, water, fridge etc. and close the
apartment after your guests have left.
NB We do not charge if the apartment is to be used by
the owners.
£ 10 this will be done between the hours
of 8am to 6pm
Cleaning & Laundry
Thoroughly clean your apartment to assure that
it is up to hotel standard and ready for your next
guests. Collect your laundry (which will be returned
the next time the cleaning team visit your apartment).
If excess laundry is used then a small excess charge
will be added to your account to cover this cost.
£24 - Studio & 1 bed aptmt.
£30.50 - 2 bed aptmt. £34 - 3 bed

Cleaning only
If a clean is all that is required then deduct approx
20% from the cost of the full clean and laundry price.

Laundry only
If Laundry is all that is needed. We will be
happy to take away all dirty linen etc and return when
done. We will remake the beds so that the apartment is
ready for your next visitors.

Deep
Clean
From time to time it will
be necessary to deep clean your apartment. I.E. at the
beginning of a season or when the builders have
finished with their snagging works. This is a very
effective and detailed clean and takes the cleaning
team many hours to complete. This includes all
windows, ovens and fireplaces.
£80 - Studio & 1 bed aptmt.
£90 - 2 bed aptmt. £100 - 3 bed
aptmt. £110 - 4 bed aptmt.
Oven Cleaning
We are happy to ask our cleaning team to clean
the oven as and when required. Many apartments do not
have ovens and those that do are rarely used.
This is why this is offered as an extra service rather
than being included in the overall cleaning price.
£5 - Standard clean.
Washing up after guests
We ask that all washing up is done prior to the
guests departure. We have found that on many occasions
there is washing up left for the cleaning team. They
will charge us for doing this and we will pass on this
charge. We would ask that you take this cost from the
deposit you hold before returning it to your guests.
We will advice you within 7 days of your guests
departure if there will need to be a charge.

Window cleaning
Window cleaning in Bulgaria is charged for by
the sq meter. From time to time it will be necessary
to clean all accessible windows, inside and out. We
will keep you informed as to when we feel they should
be cleaned and wait for your agreement before
cleaning.

Fireplace Packs
Briquette, firelighters and matches delivered to
your apartment.

Fireplace cleaning
Some apartments have wood burners and we are
happy to clean these out from time to time.

Electricity bills need to
be paid monthly to avoid reconnection charges. Water
seems to be a minimal bill and needs to be paid twice
a year and the Local community tax needs to be paid
annually and is due each April.
We are happy to pay any bills on your behalf. We will
need your permission and the appropriate account
numbers. Please request us to do this on your behalf
as each development seems to have different systems
for payment. Costs include bank withdrawal fees of
£3.00 for each withdrawal. Please note that we
will only charge when there is a payment to be made
but we will check with the utlity companies each month
to confirm if there are any payments outstanding.

for payment of the community tax
Meter readings
During the year in may be necessary to confirm
your meter readings for the utility companies.
Normally twice a year.

Inventory Checking
From time to time you may want us to confirm your
inventory. We are happy to confirm what is actually in
the apartment and this includes all linen. Please note
that we do not do any inventory checks when seeing out
your guests.

Snagging
All properties should be properly snagged prior
to the developer handing over the keys to your
apartment. This price is for the initial visit. We
will write a full report on all visible snags and send
this with photographs to you for discussion with your
developer. Once your developer confirms all snags have
been rectified we will be happy to return for a second
visit to check all is ok. The cost of the second visit
is 50% of the initial visit.

Furniture
Snagging
All furniture should be properly snagged .
Within the price we include 2 visits to your
apartment. This price is for the initial visit. We
will write a full report on all visible snags and send
this with photographs to you for discussion with your
supplier. Once your supplier confirms all snags have
been rectified we will be happy to return fora second
visit to check all is ok. The cost of the second visit
is 50% of the initial visit.

Insurance
We are happy to recommend Intasure as a reliable insurance
company. Please remember that the Razlog valley is

Lock changing & Key copying
Changing a standard lock on your apartment door.
Key copying. Each new lock comes with 3 keys.
£30 for a normal lock change.
£3 for each additional key cut on the same
visit.
Photography
We are happy to visit your development at any
stage to take pictures of the present condition. Both
internal and external.

Transfers
Most of our clients prefer to make their own
arrangements but we are happy to introduce you to some
of the local transfer companies. See Partners Page

Shopping at
owners request
If you require minor items to be bought on your
behalf and these can be obtained locally we will be
happy to do this.

Unexpected
Arrivals
although this is not a common problem,
occasionally we do have guests turn up without any
notification from the apartment owners. This causes
many issues which we need to resolve at short notice,
including confirming that this is a genuine booking.
Please avoid this excess charge by just keeping us
informed by sending in your booking forms in good time
and as a minimum 24 hours before the arrival. It
is also very unfair on arriving guest to be not
allowed into their booked apartment for an hour or so
while we confirm all is ok and even then the apartment
will be cold. PLEASE always ensure that we have the
booking forms complete.
£ 40 + the
usual meet and greet fee.
Non
completed booking forms
The information we ask for on our booking
forms enables us to prepare for your guests arrival
and to ensure that there are no hic ups when they
arrive. Without this information we need to spend
considerably more time chasing for this. Please ensure
that the booking forms are always completed to avoid
extra admin charges. This will be £10.00
Outside
of normal days / hours of work
We need to pay extra fees for services applied
during days or hours beyond the normal. These being
Christmas eve from 1:00pm - Christmas day - New Years
eve from 6pm - New years day - Good Friday –
Easter Sunday – Easter Monday.
We
will apply a double fee for these times
